OT: Cygwin mouse wheel does not scroll

Hi all!

I know this is badly OT, but does anyone know why with Cygwin I can not
use the mouse wheel

[slang "big wheel" for a powerful person] A person who has an
	active {wheel bit}.  "We need to find a wheel to unwedge the
	hung tape drives."  (See {wedged}).

to scroll through the shell? If yes, how do I fix
this?

On my system

1. The {supervisor} program or {operating system} on a
	computer.

	2. The entire computer system, including input/output devices,
	the {supervisor} program or {operating system} and possibly
	other {software}.

	3. Any large program.

	4. Any method or {algorithm}.

the mouse wheel scrolls the shell window content. I guess
this is rather an OS issue than a cygwin issue. Can you scroll in a cmd
shell window?

The cmd.exe shell works fine...

BTW: I'm on Windoze

downloaded at the beginnging of April 2007.

The cmd.exe shell works fine...
BTW: I'm on Windoze Vista... and my Cygwin is the latest from the net
downloaded at the beginnging of April 2007.

IIRC there have been some updates since beginning of April so maybe it's
worth another update.
