NB6 Reference problems

When I tried to use NetBeans 6 Beta 2 it imported the JSF
application
from Netbeans 5.5.1 that was originally written using JAVA Studio
Creator. However, it reported Reference Problems namely, "jsf",
"jsf-runtime" and "jsf-
design time"
library couldn't be found.
The libraries in the project includes two instances of each of the
deprecated JSF 1.1 Design Time Support jsfcl.jar, appbase.jar,
dataprovider.jar sqlx.jar. The same jars are also listed as JSF 1.1/1.2
Support.
Additional deprecated libraries are
Sun Web UI Components Design-Time
support webui.jar and commons-fileupload-1.0.jar and
JDBC Design-Time
and JDBC Run-Time support sqlx.jar.
How do I tidy up the mess I have made?

Hi David,
Try this:
Install the Visual Web JSF Backward Compatibility Kit. You can find this
through Tools>Plugins.
Once installed
open your project in NB6. It shouldn't give any
reference issues anymore.
If you're still having problems clean your NB6 userdir, start NB6 again,
install the
compatibility kit and then open your project.
Let me know if this helps
Thanks

Thanks Yousef. I have tried several combinations including
complete
removal of NB6 and userdir, rejecting the offer to transfer projects
from 5.5, installing the Backward Compatibility Kit and opening the
project. I still get the jsf library couldn't be found error. The
jsf-runtime and jsf-designtime library couldn't be found errors were fixed.

Which
server is your application running on? If its glassfish then it
should not give you these errors. Also try running the project and see if
it works. If your project works fine without any issues you can actually
remove the missing reference from Project Properties->Libraries and
Project Properties->Packaging.
Thanks
